Tender beef steak — 1 pound Cherry tomatoes — 4 oz Garlic — 3 cloves Rosemary Salt & pepper (to taste) Butter — 2 tablespoons Small boiled potatoes — ¼ pound Vegetable oil — 2 tablespoons
How to Cook Steak in a Skillet
Heat the frying pan with medium heat for around 1-2 minutes; Add the vegetable oil; Open the window and switch on the exhaust hood because frying steaks is quite smokey; Add the garlic and rosemary to the pan and cook for a minute; Spray the steak with oil a bit; Place it on the skillet, do NOT season it at this stage; Get ready for a white smoke that will appear right after you place beef on the frying pan; Maintain the high heat and cook a steak without covering the lid; Add potatoes and tomatoes and continue cooking for 3 minutes; After that, add butter and keep cooking until the sauce becomes a bit thick; Finally, season with pepper and salt; Do not take it from the pan for 5 minutes getting ready to serve it.
